Representing a milestone in its commitment to sustainable practices, Alexforbes has appointed Lee Swan as the Head of Sustainability. With 18 years of combined experience in sustainability and commercial sectors, Lee Swan brings a wealth of expertise to this newly established role.

Swan is a seasoned sustainability adviser with a master’s degree in development planning. Her qualifications include a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, a CFA Certificate in Climate and Investing, and a CFA Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level I, alongside various sustainability credentials. She holds a distinguished position on the Technical Committee of The ESG Exchange.

Throughout her career, Swan has executed sustainability-focused strategies across diverse industries. Her background spans management consulting, investment management, manufacturing, energy, mining, construction, aviation, real estate investment, and infrastructure development. This multifaceted experience positions her to lead and drive sustainable initiatives within Alexforbes. Swan’s appointment aligns seamlessly with the company’s commitment to generating positive societal impact and establishing itself as a sustainability leader.
