ICTS Legal Services (Pty) Ltd, born in 2018, is a niche and completely independent legal services consulting company providing services to retirement funds and corporates. It provides a range of technical services to the employee benefits industry, including the drafting of rules and other fund policies/contracts, assisting with court matters, writing legal publications and training industry role players on meeting the requirements of legislation. ICTS Legal Services also manages Pension Fund Adjudicator complaints on behalf of funds/service providers, as an additional service. The business is a B-BBEE Level 2 provider.
