Bespoke customer, incentive and employee rewards company Randgo has made two C-suite appointments, as it looks to accelerate its vision to become the most impactful rewards provider in South Africa.

The company has named Kinola Pather as CEO, Juandri Kotze as COO, and Yas Mahomed as Key Accounts Manager to help consumers, members and employees thrive beyond their paycheck through tailored incentive and loyalty rewards programmes.

Boasting 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and loyalty programmes, Pather brings with her a wealth of expertise to the table with a core interest on behavioural economics and making a positive impact in the lives of everyday consumers.

“My vision is to empower financial wellness by making the rand of every member and employee we have access to go further. For the future state of Randgo, my long-term goal is to ensure we bring to market differentiated first-time propositions that make a real impact to end users,” says Pather.

Pather will be working alongside Kotze’s 12-year tenure with Randgo, whose role as COO is to ensure smooth operations and lead strategic initiatives, notably digital transformation, to guarantee the company’s ongoing and sustained success.

“With my deep understanding of the company’s culture and the loyalty and rewards industry in South Africa, I am confident that I will continue to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction in our rewards and loyalty programmes,” says Kotze.

Completing the trio, Mahomed will be responsible to keep existing clients satisfied and become an extension of the business, as a trusted advisor on loyalty and rewards programmes. “My learnings from working with international clients, is that adaptability and personalisation are key when it comes to building and sustaining relationships, and I look forward to mirroring the same approach in my new role,” says Mahomed.

Randgo has been in operation for the last 16 years and enables some of South Africa’s largest companies to attract, retain and engage their employees and customers in the most impactful and meaningful way, through customised incentive and rewards programmes.
