Fundus deploys capital in the form of debt alongside developers operational in the social infrastructure space , specifically student accommodation, affordable housing, and retirement schemes. With a combined 35 years’ worth of in-house real estate sector expertise, our offering is all encompassing and speaks back to allocating capital responsibly while achieving desirable returns.
