REimagine Social Impact Retail Fund 1 is a social impact retail fund investing in green field as well as income producing convenience retail assets in rural and township areas of South Africa. Our ESG priorities focus on 11 SDGs. Environment (Energy efficiency, water conservation and bio diversity) Social (Value chain integrity, Procurement, rural development, healthy and resilient buildings, skills development, and gender equity) Governance (Alignment to all stakeholder interests).

Describe the impact your evolution has had in response to its identified challenges and targeted outcomes.

For the year to March 2025 we achieved the following:

• Over 1100 jobs created in our portfolio 519 youth hires in 4Q 2024
• Over 117 SMEssupported, of which 55% are woman owned.
• R8.3m in SME vendor spend with 120 vendor organisations engaged.
• 45% of the vendors are rated level 1, 25% rated level 2, with 93% rated level 1-4.
• 16 Local vendor engagement 57% of the Directors are female and 85.7% african.
• 50% of the investment team is female and 100% is African
