Welcome to the law in 2025!  At the beginning of each year, we gaze into the future to help you prioritise your next steps. This is the law regarding digital, data and tech in 2025. 12. Everyone needs to be AI literate.

13. AI will change your organisation’s strategy.

14. Some organisations will leapfrog others by leveraging Generative AI.

15. There will be many commercial opportunities.

16. There will be sector-specific AI regulation.

17. Authorities will struggle to enforce data laws.

18. AI will revolutionise legal and compliance.

19. Cybersecurity will become even more critical in the face of AI-powered cyber threats.

20. The EU AI Act will start to have an impact.
